Aizatron employs the best people for the job. After going through a rigorous process of interviews and testing, we then employ the best people into our organisation. We do not follow any targets with respect to gender equality. This means that every woman working at Aizatron is solely on merit and not in her position to make up any targets.  So, it is very interesting to see how we are performing. Aizatron’s total female employment is currently 35% which is way above the 30%

The Aizatron Smart Fridge with access control will be used by medical staff to safely store their food & beverages by accessing the fridge using their cell phone. We foresee that the app of this type of smart fridge can be used to securely store vaccines & scheduled drugs where access control is required.

Aizatron, in collaboration with the Datum & the AC Group, built an African-first smart public transport device. This was built in record time in our Cape Town research & development (R&D) labs.
